What to expect in a coaching session with me...

Part of the work is to first help you to have clarity about where you are heading and what this looks like, so no need to worry if you are feeling unclear about this.  We will identify your goals with more clarity and begin to map out your route towards them.  This will involve taking a look at the blocks that are holding you back.  We will do this by identifying, and working on, relevant experiences in your past that are linked to current blocks as well as any future scenarios that are being imagined.  We will be able to make use of effective psychological approaches tailored to your needs; understanding your values, processing blocks, enhancing inner strength and qualities.  This will support your relationship with your authentic self and increase your confidence, allowing for true growth in the direction you want.  Although not therapy, this coaching is not all about 'just think positive' or 'fake it until you make it'.  It is about genuine lasting change, which is why I believe it is important to build on connection to self.
